Sally Randel Seymour was born in Camden, Tennessee on July 23, 1873 and moved to Kelly, Missouri when she was a child. She married Henry Seymour at Howell, Missouri on January 13, 1892. They moved to Panama in 1910 so that Henry could work in the Insurance Business. She died on March 14, 1946 and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery with her husband, Henry Seymour and her daughter, Mildred Seymour Graham Craig.
