World War II Victory Medal
Colonel Snell was awarded the World War II Victory Medal, the American Theater Medal and the Army of Occupation Medal (Germany).
Notes
Colonel Snell was a veteran of World War II. During the Korean War, he was a the Commanding Officer of the 9063rd Air Reserve Training Group at Rochester, New York. On October 14, 1950, he was fatally injured in an automobile accident at Chili near Rochester.
