Notes
A 26 year old American man serving as a Master aboard the naval screw steamer "USS FORTUNE", which was used for training Naval Academy midshipmen in the Caribbean. He died on January 13, 1875 aboard ship, was buried at the Mt. Hope Cemetery then reinterred at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1979. His monument was moved from the Mt. Hope cemetery to Section F, Row 10, Grave 33, Corozal American Cemetery.
