Notes
Master Sergeant Sullivan was a member a Command and Control Detachment, of 5th Special Forces Group. On July 12, 1967, he was on patrol just inside Laos in the extreme southeast portion of Savannakhet Province, when the patrol came under attack and he was killed. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
