Notes
Staff Sergeant Taylor was a member of Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 5th Special Forces Group. On September 28, 1966, he was a member of a reconnaissance patrol in Quang Tri Province, South Vietnam which encountered the enemy and killed him. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
