Notes
Sergeant First Class Taylor was a member of Detachment B-52, 5th Special Forces Group. On July 13, 1965, he was an advisor to a South Vietnamese unit on a reconnaissance in Dien Bien Province, South Vietnam when they were engaged by a hostile force that killed him. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
