Corporal Urquhart was awarded the Purple Heart with Oak Leaf Cluster, the Combat Infantryman Badge, the Korean Service Medal, the United Nations Service Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, the Korean Presidential Unit Citation and the Republic of Korea War Service Medal.
Notes
Corporal Urquhart was a member of the 19th Infantry Regiment, 24th Infantry Division. He was seriously wounded by the enemy in South Korea on February 4, 1951 and returned to duty on March 30, 1951. He was Killed in Action while fighting the enemy in North Korea on June 27, 1951.
