Elizabeth Kennedy Watts was born in Liverpool England on January 23, 1868. She married William H. Porter on April 16, 1896 at Liverpool. After her marriage was dissolved she moved to the Canal Zone and married George Henry Watts on January 16, 1911 at Cristobal. She died on October 30, 1930 and is buried at the Corozal American Cemetery near her husband, George Watts.
