Kenneth Weeks, Jr. was born in Panama. His parents Kenneth and Delores Weeks were American citizens. He served as an Airman First Class in the U.S. Air Force Reserve during the Vietnam War and was living with his wife in Panama. He died on January 22, 2005 from hypertension and cerebral stroke at Home Care in San Francisco and is buried in the Corozal American Cemetery.
