The stillborn American son of Robert E. Welborn of the Panama Canal Company Fire Department and Victoria Welborn, living in Cristobal, Canal Zone. He died on September 28, 1952 at the Colon Hospital. He was buried at the Mt. Hope Cemetery then re-interred at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1979.
