Notes
Corporal Wing was a member of Company H, 2nd Battalion, 5th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Cavalry Division. He was taken Prisoner of War while fighting the enemy in Korea on November 28, 1950 and died in a prison camp near Pyongyang, North Korea on May 3, 1951. CPL Wing's name is permanently inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial. His remains have been recovered and identified.
