Notes
Captain Wolfe was a member of the 630th Combat Support Group. On June 28, 1966, he was a crew member of a Douglas Counter Invader Attack Aircraft (A-26A) on a mission over Laos, when his aircraft crashed. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
