Notes
Corporal Yates was a member of Company F, 2nd Battalion, 19th Infantry Regiment, 24th Infantry Division. He developed pulmonary tuberculosis and was evacuated to the 46th Mobile Army Surgical Hospital where he died on March 25, 1953.
