In keeping with guidance from local authorities, Corozal American Cemetery in Panama fully reopened June 1, 2021.
In keeping with guidance from local authorities, Florence and Sicily-Rome American Cemeteries fully reopened June 1, 2021.
In keeping with guidance from local authorities, North Africa American Cemetery fully reopened June 1, 2021.
In keeping with guidance from local authorities, all ABMC cemeteries in France are now fully open.
This year, the Memorial Day ceremony at Lafayette Escadrille Memorial Cemetery will be marked by a flyover.

ARLINGTON, Va. (May. 18, 2021) – Memorial Day ceremonies at all American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC) sites will be closed to the general public in order to ensure the health and safety of our staff and visitors.
Shortly after the close of the war, Congress passed a bill providing for the entombment of a World War II unknown to join that of unknown from World War I on the Amphitheater plaza at Arlington National Cemetery.
